Air-Travel:
There are quite some low-cost airlines in service for Budapest. Please check http://www.belvedair.com/en/ for airlines to your city.
Airport --> City:
1. You can use public transportation.
- Get a free Budapest map at the airport.
- Take the Bus 200 to its final stop: The end station KŐBÁNYA - KISPEST of the Blue Metro line.
- Take the metro from there (i.e. to Ferenc krt and take tram 4 or 6, if you want to go to Moricz Zsigmond)

2. You can use the Airport Minibus
If you are travelling alone, the Airport Minibus is the cheapest way to get to your hotel. The Minibus constantly leaves from the airport, yet drops off different passengers along the way.

3. Take the Zona Taxi
A professional taxi service (recommended if you travel with 2+ persons) is the Zona Taxi. You pay a fixed price for 4 different zones in Budapest. The meeting facility and the hotels would be in Zone 3. All info under http://www.zonataxi.eu/.
